Title: Where to turn in BoS Quest.

I just finished the quest for the abandoned bunker where you have to download the files. It then says to report to the lost hills bunker but I cant find the guy to turn in the quest. Is he somewhere else or is he just dissapeared?

Use the search function, or Q and A thread, but I think you should go to the San Fran BoS outpost.
