Title: Number of items shown (like ammo) for throw items

For items like molotov / grenades / throw knives / spears showing how many are left, would be helpful

Well, if this is the case, at least making the description (when you click on inventory, where it shows the weight of the pack of spears / grenades / etc) showing the number, since to see how much we have left, we have to move from item slot to inventory
