Title: Is there a way to use my normal keyboard settings? (beside the english / Russian

For example, on my keyboard the _ is in the ? place the Shift+number is also changed, is there a way to use my keyboard set?

I think you should be able to use an external software that changes the keyboard layout on the system when you run it. I knew one that was very good, though I don't remember its name.

Or just get used to it. My layout does the same thing, but over time I just got used to that.

British keyboard owner here. Back on Windows I couldn't use squared brackets.
Solution: employ Polish layout on Windows (not that different from British) or use British layout on Linux.
