I wait 2 min on fan art and i get this (Sorry for english)

Your message isn't the exact same as this one: (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=13080.0) but restarting the computer worked for him. Might work...

What fan art are you talking about?  I really don't get this post.  Is this 'fan art' something to do with the game?

Oh.  Well those aren't really fan art, most are the loading screens from FO2.  They were made by Interplay.
