Title: Professions broken?

I meet all requirements but can't get SMG2 from Boyce, has this changed and not been updated in the wiki/changelog?
Is anyone else having issues with this?
Also, balance transfers do not seem to work within FLC, i.e. transfer 2000$ from account in sanfran to account in hub using proper account numbers.

can only transfer caps in the same city not between citys.

This is correct.  You just made someone with a San Fran account 2000 caps richer.
As far as the SG trainer goes, the wiki should be correct.  Make sure you meet both the SPECIAL and skill requirements.

Perhaps you already have 4 levels of professions?
