Hello there! :)
I have a suggestion...
I think it would be cool if a player needs to eat and drink to survive.
This feature is in the game "Fallout new vegas", and I really like that game.
It makes the game more realistic and challenging.
We can use the "cooldown" system like:
Hunger: 5H
Thirsty: 2H
For example you need to eat every 5 hour and drink every 2 hour.
What do you think about that?
I think it would be awesome.
Then you need to eat every 5 hour and drink every 2 hour.
(Ofcourse we will vote on what time it should be.)

This has been suggested before, and discussed. You should use "Search" before suggesting things, reporting bugs, etc.

Making a game more realistic doesn't mean it will make it more fun, it's a GAME

Players already need to drink and eat to survive... just not their in-game characters...

Let me guess, "lulz"?

Let me guess, "lulz"?
Guess about what? Huh?
Anyway, as Eternauta said, here's the threads you want:

And here is what a dev said about a hunger system:
I think any Hunger system would have to work by offering boosts, rather than punishing. In terms of F:NV it would be copying the bonus XP from being well rested, rather than copying the stats dropping.
I think that any hunger system that has punishments would just make the game seem like a chore, rather than something fun. And it would just be a grind to get the resources that are required.
And the suggestion in this thread isn't nearly as well thought out as the others...

No no no. With proper PvP going on u dont need to eat, drink or crap for several days. Only take drugs and jump in ...3...2...1
