Title: NCR killer

Hi everyone :)

I just went to NCR for two times and were killed by someone called : RES.
He kill everyone in NCR and the guards don't care about it ...
Is it normal ?

Yeah, you can do that if you are Idolized in a certain town.

He's someone abusing the Idolized feature.

He's unprotected from shooting you, so if you can manage to kill him before he shoots you again... but if you are new, I would just stay away from him.

Joining NCR faction could be a solution (without reputation boost in NCR of course). Assasin's reputation will be decreased (-25 per shoot afaik) so they lost their "idolized feature" sooner than they expected.

It's just a bug and using it is an exploit. Even if you have 1k rep in ncr, guards won't protect you against that bugged char and will kill you if you shoot back.
