are you using a administrator account?
HD partition full?

Maybe your FOnline is already launched ? If so, Updater cannot work.

It's obvious that Launcher.exe is running in this moment. It has to be shut down before updating.

thx Lexx :) this was the problem
i also bealive this prove the system is bad managed since it cant auto shut down and re open when needs to update i hope they will solve it soon

shouldn't it be common sense to close an application before trying to update it?

well i dont know what applications u use but from were i come from they auto update when u open them or they auto shut down when updating is procesed and auto re open after is done
