Title: Car questions

Here are my few questions about cars:
1.When i buy car it is full of fuel?
2.When i get encounter in my car and monsters will be to strong to defeat and i flee my car will be marked on world map?
3.How much costs making adittional keys for car?

1. Yes
2. Yes, but anyway, like you spawn near your car, click on it and you're out before anyone move.
3. Not so much IIRC, few thousands caps.

And some questions not closed to car: Can i light flare? Where are spore plants? Where i can obtain wrench

spore plants near junktown , as far as i see them :D

Spore plants are also down by the Glow, a little north of it.  And probably elsewhere around there.
