Don't want to be an asshole, but it would be really better to make just one thread where you put these things in. I really like them, but they become more and more in this subforum. ;)
Just update your first post and include the new issue there (it's been on other topics aswell). People can still discuss the new issues when you make a new post like "(image here)- new issue of Exit Reporters - also updated the first post" or something like that. This is not meant to bully you or anyone else, just not that we have #2852918 topics with the "same" content around here.
Quality stuff. From a personal point of view though, it's too bad you mainly focus on TC stuff. But keep issues coming :P
I dont agree, like i say its not the same content, every one is diffrent topic more or less. I look over Fan Art forum and i see last post before next page is made 13 January... And its not like i post those everyday. It would also break the immersion that i am so hard try to achive with New News, blending them with old ones would make a design showcase rather then news. Sorry mate, i dont like the idea simply. :-\
It doesn't matter if it you like it or not, it simply clutters the forum. So - open a collection thread next time or I'll just move/merge it in one.I see, sorry that you feel that way. This is not a work for me however, i am doing this for fun, and hopefully for fun of others, and so the Exit Reporters are willing to negotiate: A solution i see from this situation would be that I post Exit Reporters only when first page of Fan Art is "clean" from old Exit Reporters, would that be okey for you? (that way i would keep my "immersion" and there would be no "clutters" as you called it.)
BTW - many other things "break the immersion" aswell - this is a forum and not ingame - we don't have a roleplaying subforum here as well.
Btw it's called "When everybody else is left dead."
kttdestroyer, why don't you just post the stuff in this thread and edit the first page when there is an update? I don't understand what the big deal is in here now.
Not sure it will work good. The thing is, how will people know that there is new issue out? They can see that i post message, but it is not nessecery a new issue, and if i do post a new issue someone else post comment on it, how will others then know its not comment on old issue but a new one (They can look on the post name, will they remember the old name?)? The thing is, that the news must be delivered on time, some news read 1 week later doesint make sense at all. The diffrence between "art" and "news" is that, artist makes a gallery, news is only some fact based short story... And how will i know which story worked and which didint (feedback / "which issue is this comment for??")?
Well, i guess i can give it a try. But, i am sceptical about this.
Well that just ruins the ENTIRE idea behind a periodical , such as a newspaper, or a digital newspaper based around some mmo. Don't do it KTT.Surf tells a thing, Bob say's other
This way, at least, you would have one sticky news topic and...
I like The Exit Reporters a lot, but I don't understand why any fan art post should be sticky. Okay, I understand that some pieces of fan art are cooler than othernot sticky, but only 2 treads for his fan-art
(Cryofluid's work are an obvious example), but why make them sticky?

I suggest a compromise. Two Topics. First one is where he posts the new ones, second one is the archive of the News posted before. It could work like this:
1. Topic --> The Exit Reporters #8 (new one) --> edit post and write new one in here, edit topic name too of course
The Exit Reporters #7 (the one before that obv ;)) --> delete and move (c/p) to
2. Topic (archive)
The Exit Reporters #7 (copy paste from the first topic) --> new post in archive topic
The Exit Reporters #6
The Exit Reporters #5
....
This way, at least, you would have one sticky news topic and because of the second one (archive) there don't have to be new topics for each News Thread.
