is it true that cars can be refuled with MFCs? i know with SECs it can, but i wanna know if you can with MFCs

tested: it works, but i do not know the charge ratio
so for 1 MFC how many fuel i gain?

I think it uses up ammo just as much as SEC. No difference once it's in the car, but MFC is more-easily farm-able.

But then I have to move my hand to fight back, and possibly even use my other hand to use keyboard shortcuts... I like to watch and loot MFC better in Remnants vs BoS.

MFC charge more, but if you look at the price, it is more economic to use SEC. They are easily farmable at SF (ripper, powerfist, lasers...)

MFCs give I think 2 or 3 fuel, while SECs give just 1.
