Title: Int required to talk with Metzger
Post by: Ztormi on February 03, 2011, 11:56:12 pm
Hi

My last slaver build failed because 1 IN + mentats wasn't enough to talk with Metzger so my character was just dribbling.
Does anyone know what's the intelligence requirement to talk with Metzger?

5 Intelligence is usually the needed amount to talk to many NPCs.

However, according to this: http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Bring_Little_Jesus_Mordino%27s_briefcase_to_Metzger you only need 4 Inteillgence. You probably need 5 though, try making a character and go to Den at level 1 to test if it works if you aren't sure.

Edit: 1 Intelligence for a slaver build isn't a bright thing to do in the first place, considering you need Doc, and especially First Aid, to heal your slaves/mercs.

Hmm, the needed amount is more often 3 IIRC no?

Don't consider me as a troll, but 1 IN build will fail anyway. To play this game, you need to have AT LEAST 4 intelligence.

Nah, that was ( or supposed to be ) an experimental melee slaver. Don't need high intelligence because with melee and outdoorsman with firstaid as tags I can pump the FA to 140 anyway.

Came to result that it sucks so I'm thinking of bg slaver this time. Not related question to this topic: are the st requirements for BG weapons correct in the wiki ( ie. 7 stregth to use flamer ).
