When I was looking for unprotected guys in NCR, nice idea bumped into my head.
Let's make NCR more newbie-friendly. Yeah you can think "oh meh gosh it's THIS thread again" or something like "NCR, NCR never changes". But I think that idea is a bit different.
Everyone knows, that Shady Sands is full of thieves, bursters and other scum, everyone except newbies. The point is to "play" sheriff. We can make list of authorized sheriffs, and, as far I know, Idolizeds can shoot without losing the rep(only kills count), who can check if somebody is protected(if not, kill/hit to >0hp).
Also Idolizeds can also kill on sight bursters, and more popular thieves.
If someone wants to fight, go to Hinkley or TC, NCR as a new start of humanity, should be safe city. Also we've just made a small organization specialized in helping newbs, and I'm trying to help if only I can.
Anybody wants to give a chance this semi-rp project?
btw. personally i count on you apk factions, but shh...
and I know that you have better things to do on north : C.

This is the wrong suggestion, throw this in Faction announcments.
This isnt Really A Coding/Scripting Suggestion, more of what you want to do, I Think its an okay Idea.
