Title: .DAT;1??

I'm installing FOnline, so I run the setup.exe and it asks for the .DAT files, but the .DAT files that I have say MASTER.DAT;1 and CRITTER.DAT;1.

If someone knows the solution for this can you please post here and help me out

You need the files from fallout 2, and to set the paths to them from the fonline client configure.  Or you can just copy/cut and paste them in the same folder.

I do have them, But when I look at the .DATs, it says .DAT;1 I dont get it


And im also on Linux lol XD

That's probably the problem. Try reading this: http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=2027.0 There are compatibility issues.

Yeah, I've read that and I still don't have a solution to my problem, I think that it might be that those files are messed up or something =S

Ok, I had gotten it to work. Now I have another problem :( when I start the game, its starts up all normal, but then it doesnt do anything, I popped up with something saying email this saying this (I dont remember what it was) and I also cant close it =S

I found out what my problem is, I cant open the launcher.exe or the updater.exe from wine at all, if someone could tell me how to open them then it would work
