The best tactic for a BG sneaker would be to have an LSW and 1-hex burst a lone player.

Exactly. Or 2 bursts from distance (if bluesuit or leather target)

with 2 BRD, on average what's the dmg (against someone in leather or metal) with M60 or minigun (again, not avenger) ?

again, sneakers choice is LSW
