Title: Motion Scanner suggestion.

I have an idea for a motion scanner.

First of all, it has 10-15 kg weight and require some science to use it (not more than 100-120)
When you use it on a location - it shows you number of players currently on this location.
When you use it on a gloval map - it shows you number of players in 2 hex radius.
Every activation cost you 5-10 MFC's

Tada -
1)  we will have a new class of chars - electronic warfare recons.
2)  we have a nice instrument to hunt and trap bluesuits
2a) we have a nice instrument to avoid traps
3) we have a nice instrument in faction war - now we know there's 20 TTLA's or CS's observing Redding from global, waiting for drop.

Well at least it brings more fun for battles (Sneaker team try to ambush another team that got motion scanner)

And? On the word map it could be 5 random bluesuits wandering in 2 squares radius.

Hahahahahahah, its so god damn true its hilarious.  But i like the idea in general really, but John Porno is beyond correct on this matter...

In addition to my suggestion.

May be a car mounted scanner could do the trick? You need to park on enc. to survey 2 squares around. And MFC's
Also being scanned people may get a message they're scanned (let's say Pipboy may detect it)

More opinions please, I think it is interesting idea.

Hmm. Tried to be nice for anyone to get as much popularity as possible
1)  we will have a new class of chars - electronic warfare recons. - this one for those who like new things and builds
2)  we have a nice instrument to hunt and trap bluesuits - this one for PK
2a) we have a nice instrument to avoid traps - this one for bluesuits and APK
3) we have a nice instrument in faction war - this one for those who like TC

I dont think its that serious. Yesterday we managed to lose against enemy three times less numerous. xD

And oh yeah, and only rich factions will be able to buy it and BUILD ADDITIONAL PYLONS ALTS.
Excuse me interrupting your bluesuit safari, i'm against, except it can be crafted by any level char, why not from HQ material equivalent.
