I suggest that charismatic character should have more choose for the appearence, low cha should start with bald head (punk hair for female when implemented) and cannot use barber if cha is < 4 (ch 2 , 3 must take mentat before going to the barber, no chance at all for ch 1), long hair only for ch 7 + char (or ch 5 , 6 with a mentat)
CH should influence character appareance imho (with high charisma you can choose)
(and I have many alt with ch1)

Kanly is saying that if a person has 1 Charisma, they are automatically ugly and become a bald-dude at creation. You would need 4 Charisma to talk to the barber, which would be impossible since Mentats only give +2 Charisma. (Except that you forget about Beer, which could make a total of 4 Charisma.)
But I don't like this, I think a player should be able to choose from the limited choices available, no matter what his/her build is.

And regarding requirements - NOBODY makes char with 4 CH. And taking mentats for having a haircut is ridiculous.
As result of this suggestion, 95% of wastelanders will be bald ;D

Of course, I understood what he meant. But I still think such a feature would make no sense.

Totally NO.
We already have 3 male hairstyles. I'm happy that bald dude was finally implemented, so now the wasteland will look a little less boring.

on NMA i heard that they will make the red hair hero for all animations, and the punk female will be nice

It is the worst idea what I read. Players should have options for select style.

oh god, I lol'd. I even read that in the right voice.
aside, from that, yeah, every wastelander will be bald. thanks god the CA has a helmet.
I'd like tos ee the sulik skin implemented though, armor without helmets and shoes/boots. It looks even better than the main character in f2 restoration.
