Title: time out when trading with npc

how do you solve that problem. Every time when I try to click 500 caps and 100 shotgun shells I got time out really annoying

Put more skillpoints in the "barter" skill and the timer will exceed.

Keep in mind, you can use the keyboard to type in the amount of caps... you don't have to click the buttons.
