Title: Transferring Caps from one account to another...

If i had 2 different bank accounts in the same town but for different characters,
would i be allowed to transfer caps between them, or is this banned because i own them both?

As far as I know, so long as you aren't logged in at the same time on both accounts, and that you wait the 10 mins to switch.  Then no it's not illegal.  So long as you know the numbers of the account there is nothing that says you cant move caps.

Any transfer of equipment or money between your alts is allowed (thats what are alts for. supporting your main char.) Forbidden is only duallogging(being logged on two chars at one time) and fastreloging(bypassing relog timer (3 or 10 mins)).
