Is this a falloutization from some other piece of artwork? The scene where armed men walking away from 2 loved ones from which the female is embracing the wounded man seems familiar.

No the wounded/soon dead is a ghoul and the ones who shot him were some sort of ghoul - human love objectors.

huh, and I always thought ghouls are asexual
