something like the "Take All" but it will empty your inventory
it will work the same like the "Take All" but it will "Give All"

Yup sounds fair :)
Its sometimes very annoing to drop all items single.

It surely would come handy along with drop all and pickup all, I mean npcs have it already.

Give all? As in trading? If not, do you mean "Drop all"? Either way, it would be convenient and good to have.

Dammit you beat me to the suggestion, I was gonna post when i got back from school but oh well, not soon enough.

Absolute yes, because it is very annoying slowly and obnoxiously dropping on item at a time.

i was about to suggest the same, but as "put all" button :)
it's sometimes realy annoying and takes a lot of time to put 20-30 different items to locker/car trunk...
