Title: Demolitions update

can anyone tell me if the demolition profession section of the wiki is still up to date?

specifically, is dynamite craftable?

I'm thinking about making my first demo expert but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

It's up-to-date.
Dynamite is craftable, 6 HQ minerals, 1 Detonator part*

*parts are available for 20 caps each by Dangerous Dan in Redding.

The profession is at least up-to-date. The pages for things like Dynacord are on the wiki, but there is no Demolition Expert 3, so you can't make that (though it is planned, Solar said somewhere). But everything that you can make in Demo Expert 1/2 is available.
