Title: create new faction question

I just wanna in near future open a new faction and have 2 questions

1 where and how much cost cheapest base ( cave) where to buy it?
2 after i buy it i can chose a location for my base?

You must choose what is available from the list. There is also a list of existing factions somewhere on the forum. Last time we were creating faction it actually required about 12-15 names, because all the names were taken (there was no list of existing factions atm). :p

Someone came in and mini-gunned everyone.

It was very frustrating to see that 30k go. Everyone pretty much called it a night after that.
