Ok, I've read somewhere that on a burst, there are like separated "groups" of bullets, like some who go directly to target, others hit anything in path, and that they have less chance to hit target, etc
Long story short: Even after having 95% to hit, does having higher % on that weapon skill makes more bullets from the burst hit the target? (In a scenario where there's nothing between burster, and target)

I asked the same question once, from what i understand yes. Buuuuuuutt... I haven't really made a bg build... so... :P

No, it does not. But from what Ive heard, it reallly did looong time ago

Yes, each next bullet have less % to hit.

If the calculation of burst was the same as is in the TLA SDK... then it depends on a few variables...
For example:
Let's assume that distance between you and the target is more than 1hex and there are no other critters between you and it,
then the first 1/6 of bullets has 20% higher chance to hit if you scored crittical hit (so if you didn't crit it has normal chance),
second 1/6 is has a normal chance
and the other 4/6 always miss the primary target.

Burst have been reworked last wipe, so we don't know exactly how it work ATM. Before, it was following 3 main paths, 1/6 of bullet try to hit target first, and after try to hit everything on path. The other 1/6 try to hit everything on its path, same goes for the 1/3 at each side of path.
We don't know exactly how it work now, but I don't believe higher skill is usefull, just stop when you are at 95% max range on CAMKII

I tested it, 250BG skill and im making same dmg as other build with 200%
