Title: Cannot find flint anywhere

Been all over the place getting in random encounters and I can't find a single piece of flint... it's driving me nuts.

Maybe you didn't pay close enough attention, because it's literally littered all around the place in random encounters...

It can really be found anywhere, but try mountain regions, like West/North of Junktown.
