how do these alternate skins work? how to change between them etc?

GM may give you a skin if you ask nicely... and if they are very happy or drunk. And it seems that some people can  equip armors while some can't, those who can equip armors returns to normal skin, but when they take away the armor they will return to the skin that the GM gave them.

There are two types of those, one long hair dude is when you are naked you like like wearing leather jacket and long hair, and the other one is just long hairs, works in all armors
