Well to start off, Is this overall build good for a Burster/Sg crafter (who plans on trading/questing)
Str 3 (heard that onehander takes away penaltys for Str 4 Weapons??)
PER 6
End 7
CHR 3
Int 7 (For bonuses in science and repair)
Agl 8
Luk 6

Traits Goodnatured for free gun from guard ,And Onehander
I don't have a Group yet,So I put the charisma for starting quests, But I Am wondering if this still is good for pvp/pve fights.

EN 7 is pointless. It only gives you 2 more HP than if you EN is 6.
- Make your EN 6 and your ST 4.
The "one-hander" perk gives you a floating +20% to one-handed weapons, but the strength requirement of 4 is still the same, so you are more likely to critically miss, and you'd need 20 less small gun points if you just take 4 ST for same effect
-
Having lower Strength than the Weapons' requirements causes more critical failures too?
I thought it just affects hitchance
Cause i've been thinking about making a p90c burster char that sacrifices STR (only at 2) to get 10 Endurance

This is a build you need to be very dedicated too.
I wouldn't take one hander because I like to use 2 handed occassionaly cus of their super long range but you can go one hander if ya want.
P.S. By the way... forget better criticals unless you intend to occassionally wanna aimshot, like, say, some ass comes close enough to pull off an eyeshot, ya knock em out and 1hex burst to finish. otherwise take another "more criticals" or another lifegiver or another BRD. (BRD recommended)

Firstly I don't have a group or car/ New build.
due the 3 chr.
Also cant see far with my Pe and Dont know what to take besides one hander since fast shot gives no aim ability.

finesse
oh no the trolls have arrived

6 Pe is plenty for a burster, its like unarmed only you can hit em before they're within one-two hex :P.
Trait: Finnesse/Onehander or Finnesse/good natured or goodnatured/one hander.

Shush, I am trying to troll a noob here....
I believe a finnesse burster would actually be good seeing their 1hex criticals being so fucking devastating i cant imagine how brutal any other hex crit bursts could be and how overpowered so I figured finnesse is a good idea combined with a little extra constant damage.

Don't get educated, get another toughness. 150 Doc is not necessary for healing limbs, so you don't need the extra skill points anyway.
-
Well he already said he doesnt have enough resources pooled in to make a pvp character so lets focus on a newbie burster.
you should make it a crafter by the way, you wont regret it. But I'm afraid i can't give you many tips on a crafter since I have never made a crafter in my life...

Lol I am making a crafter. so I took good natured, also for free gun.
and onehander for p90 O:

I have a 3 ST One Hander burster and had no more critical failures when leveling it than my other builds.
One Hander gives +20 in SG where the 1 ST shortage gives -20, so it compensates nicely.
If you're not planning on using assault rifles as a burster, One Hander is a good trait as it frees a special point.
It's much better than Small Frames which gives a special point but reduces carry weight.

If you plan to have at least 170% combat skill (with -20% bonus for 1 less ST it's equivalent of 150%) you don't really get anything from this. You can as well lower IN - going from 150 to 170% costs 40 skill points (assuming the skill is tagged), which is exactly what you get from 1 less IN. So all you get is more difficult start and less carry weight. If you go over 175% (-20% from -1 ST = 155%) you will even "lose" some skill points this way.
