Title: My three little suggestions

First one. Is this possible to make the Junktown Scouts, Hub Patrols, Regulators, NCR Rangers talkable NPCs? I mean they can give some directions to other cities or say something more than "Don't come any closer!" .

Second one. If it's possible to become a slaver, maybe it should be possible to join NCR Rangers and fight against slavery?

Third one. Is this possible to get more reputation by healing critters, and doing quests?

2nd suggestion is really good one, you can play slaver and be hated by NCR but you cannot join NCR and be hated by northern city slavers.
