Title: Where is the bald hair salon?

I'm looking to be  a skin head, yet I can't find anyone professional enough to cut my hair.

Bald head is not implemented yet, but there are plans for it.

Or you can go to NMA, grab the baldie and replace the FRMs in your folder.
Everyone else will look like you, tho.
