Title: Avenger ! Where can i get him ?!

Where can i get avenger right now in this game ?
San Fran caravan have combat shotgun(instead avenger), i dont know why.
Unity Patrol have laser rifle(instead avenger), and again i dont know why. You dont want or you cant(???) implented BG craft lvl3.
So where i can get avenger ???
And in shops and buy from players is not an answer. Beacuse they keep this stuff only for them self.

Very rare now, i think enclave and bos have them sometimes

U can't get them. Too many people cried that big gunners are too powerfull.
