Title: Cannot run FOnline (D3derr not availabe)

I'm trying to run fallout online but I keep getting this error. Here is my log.

Starting FOnline (version 0293-9A)...

Engine initialization...
DirectInput initialization...
DirectInput initialization complete.
Sprite manager initialization...
SpriteManager::Init - direct3D->CreateDevice(D3DADAPTER_DEFAULT,D3DDEVTYPE_HAL,params.WndHeader,vproc,&presentParams,&d3dDevice), error<D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE - Not available>.
FOnline engine initialization fail.

I think it has something to do with directx, I also downloaded and installed directx 9.
Here's my graphics card specs btw.

Intel 82815 Graphics Controller
Internal
32mb aprox memory

Might be what ya need. I needed to use this new setup since last update.

Yeah i don't know how to fix that, too bad you can't have a cool pc like mine Reks ol' pal
