Title: Easy harvest without taking rand.encoun. or with help of stealable caravan

conditions:

2 chars
2 comp
different locations of that comps ( so different IP ) friend with FO for example , that dont play FO active

so that friend take some char with radio
find location with iron,minerals or fibers or so... near base
send help with radio signal /h with specific channel number
and all PL that know radio channel can harvest minerals, etc.

so input = nothing  maybe radio ,
output = minerals, iro, fiber, flint, fruits... without possibility and chance that someone steal your caravan parked in location with iron,minerals,fibers...
