Alternative for BRoF is Bonus HtH Attacks (http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Bonus_HtH_Attacks) but if BRoF works for HtH as well as BHA then HtH fighters could be in heaven right now :]

I think the minimun is 1AP, the point for its both work is u just cost 3AP to aimed eye

That make me wanna play a HTH build, if the trait would not be fix in a few day..
