Title: Car Keys

Why not allowing people to order extra keys without having one by giving the car dealer your cars number?  ;)

this way you remember the car number of a guy that is coming in NCR(for example) allways,buy a key for his car and steal it

While would you bother with all this if you can just lock pick it in the situation you described?
