Title: Make Scope,extended Magazine available for more types of weapons

Well name of topic talk  for himself  ;D idea is simple and not new some of guns have it some not but on some point there is no logical why some of others cant have it. Think about it for small and energy its alredy exists. Its nice think about scooped laser/plasma rifle with ext. mags or miniguns/flamers with ext. mag or just 10 mm pistol or sniper rifle with more ammo im not talkin about nothing that is not  possible and without logic (lol?) as for people who will say this will destroy  balance (huh?)  there are problems with it now

extended plasma has already 32 battery slots, so 3 critical misses and here goes your ammo ;)

But as an option for some other kind of weapons, especially weaker ones.. why not.

ok i dont see that one as shotguns are quite low range...
