Hey guys, I'm pretty new to FOnline
I'm having a bit of trouble with my big guns build. It seems my character requires 3ap to reload his weapons (flamer, launcher, minigun etc.), however I know for a fact that other people only require 2.
Here are my stats:
7/7/10/1/3/6/6
Lvl 12
Big guns @ 120%
FA @ 100%
outdoors @ 100%
Anything else you need to know, just ask
I've tried to find info from the FOnline wiki, and just the regular fallout wiki but couldn't find anything on this. Is my low intel somehow responsible?

Reload is 3 AP in real-time, and 2 AP in turn-based mode.
