if you shoot any weapon in FOnline whit out aiming is like hip shooting, and aiming shots are ... aimed from the arm, but still there is the same hit chance from aimed torso than no aimed
so i sugest one of this folowing:
1. crippeled torso do more dmg(about 25% more=> negating the finesse traint for the "victim")
2. if aimed, torso has a bigger hit chance(20%,like the acurate weapon perk)

I vote for bigger chance to hit since it will help low weapon skilled crafters and new chars.

Hmm.. not bad not bad, being crippled or shot in torso simply means normal damage right now, which is BOOORRRIIIINNGG :P.

Right now, aiming at the torso costs 1 more AP and has no added effect. It's the exact same as un-aimed shot, but costs one more AP.
I would say the "bigger chance to hit" would be fine, since you are taking the time to aim at main part of the body.

Just like Abe said...

Why don't make the Torso hit like in Fallout Tactics? if torso hit is critic or big - player is knock back, OR his breath is slowed down and he can't run for some time!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

It was trolling ?
But anyway, good idea, i am for more chance to hit ... (but small + to damage would be also good)

Soo many vital organs in the torso, you would expect a crit or something there to pierce a lung, heart, kidney etc.

I like too that Abes suggestion and it should be done to game.
Now we lost 1AP to aim torso.

Perhaps the bigger chance to hit for Aimed Torso, and better critical chance. Crit may or may not cause a disability but as above stated if you're aiming harder for the shot, it figures you might hit harder, in a more dangerous section of the torso.
