So here's the deal, I want to make a character that can just go out there and rope myself some brahmin. But whats the point of this character? Who cares, i just want a character that can have as many brahmin as he/she can and just strut into town and watch everyone try to steal the... nothing :P (or brahmin shit? seems appropriate) i'll have on them.
But to make such a character what would i need? I tried to rope more than one before but that character didnt really need to do so and it prompted me saying max companion slots. Do i need to be super charismatic to the cows and how many can i have on me at the one time?
I'll probably get doctor profession (more like vet in this case) to keep them fit ;D.
P.s. what will happen to other players that kill my brahmin as i enter a guarded town?

The max amount of followers you can have (brahmin, mercs ect) is (Charisma divide 2 - 1)
10 charisma would allow you to carry 4. However, if you have 9 (or less) charisma, you can get Magnetic Peronsallity which allows you to carry one more.
P.s. what will happen to other players that kill my brahmin as i enter a guarded town?
They're as dead as the brahmin.

Thanks for that, not as much poop to collect but a lot none the less.
Coming to a town near you (not soon but sometime in the future ;D)

The build i've decided to go for is:
St: 3
Pe: 7
En: 4
Ch: 9
In: 9
AG: 8
Lk: 1
small frame, good natured
tagged: First aid, doctor and outdoorsman.
could I build this better or because of how outrageous what i'm doing wont let me make a better character?
Non-combat just need to survive the wastes (run away) and brahmin poop.

If you fail the tame a brahmin, all brahmin on the map will attack you.
With 4 EN you won't last long.
6 EN and 6 LK means you can take toughness perk which should help.
Another option is to take One Hander trait instead of Good natured, raise ST to 4 or get SG high enough to compensate the -1 ST requirement and use SMG or P90c to burst the brahmin when they attack you.
-
Actually you want to play in Real Time or Turn-Based? If you prefer RT - you must be quick and cautions, cause you will be running and tame, running and tame.
BTW if you fail to tame brahmin - they're will attack you, but you still have a chance to tame some.
I like RT, so if I got encounter with a 4 or 5 brahmins - I'll tame all of them, and then sell them all. Its pretty dangerous (especially if you're have level 1 or 2 character) and hard, but possible.

use SMG or P90c to burst the brahmin when they attack you.
then whats the point? :D
you can still tame them during combat (Even TB!) :D
i could be wrong... but i dont see why you'd need much perception.
perhaps take about 2 points of it and put it into Agility or maybe even Endurance.
just an idea.
Moo.

With low EN they'll do a nice amount of damage to you.
Also if you get 4 of them attacking you, you might want to kill 1 or 2 to reduce the amount of damage you receive.
Than you can tame the others.

With high Agility you can avoid it altogether. :P

High PE is for healer perk, good or useless?
and i'm going for non-combat, will be slow but i'm just making this character for the fun of having multiple brahmin following me in town.
-
it could be useful i guess, but First Aid will never be the same without some luck.
-
not quite the original goal but brahmin related... poop that is.
