i'm sorry if this was posted before, i couldn't see it. Well my suggestion is that you could add gouls and mutants to playable races and add racial perks, like for instance mutants get ton of hp, some bi gun bonuses, considerable small gun drawbacks, max pe 8, stuff like that. Add both mutants and gouls as playable races and give them racial features.
