Title: where to find "1 x Parts of a detonator"?

For making timed dynamite? I Made a char just to get this and just got him lvl 2 demo expert but have no idea where to fine Parts of a detonator! Can't find anything on the wiki, can anyone tell me where to get this?

I didn't know how much they were going to be... so i brought 2k caps and got PK'd. Turns out they're only 10 caps a peace and weigh ALLOT.
