Good idea, but implementation is not at the highest level. Guys, you need a designer, for sure.

Janosik: there are currently no 3d models in the game (i guess), all you can see are sprites, so there can't be low graphic pack.

The thing that could be tweaked is for example lightning, but i think it is implemented in engine, with no possibility to mod it.

May I suggest something ? I found AP bar quite small, Its really hard to tell how many AP I have atm. Is it possible to make it larger ? Perhaps placing it at the bottom of the screen, from menu bar to text bar OR rotating it by 90 degrees and placing it next to menu bar / text bar ?
Also I would remove buttons from menu bar, they have no use imo, because for every button you have a hotkey.

The point of minimal is to make it as small as possible without taking things away, regardless of hotkeys. You could probably just slap HP, AC, AP, Item Box and Message Box on and be done with it, but not everyone is keyboard-only, I often find myself going for the inventory button instead of pressing "I" (because I'm used to this from Fallout 1/2.).

1- The actions point is very little and is dificult to see how many points you have.
2- When you play in turn, is dificult t see when is your turn.

But i´´m using this inteface and it is best of classical. ;D

Maybe i sounds like someone who are unstasfied  :D But AP bar is still small. AP is i think most important window in interface with HP bar. HP bar is OK, but in fight i dont see my AP well. In fight is everything fast and etc, so good orientation in your AP will be very good. Thanks and sorry for my whine about this. But this Mod is very very good and i want help with his improve this Mod.

No no no. I dont mean AP diodes. I mean AP window. This window is small. I know that this is "minimal interface" but AP bar is very very important and right now he is small.

As Ive proposed earlier, what about rotating it by 90 degrees and placing it along with text/menu bar ?. Or perhaps making it just numerical, no diodes at all. Also for most of us, showing just 10 APs is enough imo.

10 ap is not enough. 20 is ok. My suggesstion is to replace AC bar with AP bar (which would look like AC/HP bar, simple numbers). I dunno if this is possible to make tho, because AP number is changing very constantly thrugh the fight

well - for information of those people who dont have idea how inia and engine works - in current state of it its not possible to show ap number in other way than diodes (or some similar way - i.e. "percentage" bar like one for ammo and deterioration)...

and yes - it would be possible with little changes to source code of client... but I wont bug vet for such shit, he has more important ones to do ;)

By the way - there should be 16 AP if you ask me :) Max AP (counting the bonus move ones) you can get without taking drugs is 16 (as long as I'm not wrong about possibility of choosing Bonus Moves twice).

Could you change number of AP diodes to 18? That would be great and even better if you would get rid of AC window ( because it's basically the same and don't change until your armor damages and in the middle of the fight you don't even look at AC ) and place there AP with decimal numbers not diodes.
Is it possible?

Thanks

About diosed - I will lower its number...

About ap number - no, its not possible without changes in client source...

Thats pointless, those diodes would have to be really large to even read those numbers.

I have just one request, couldnt you make this awesome interface for 1280x720-----16:9 ratio for notebook users :) ?

How about moving the AP bar to fill the space between HP and AC bars? This way the diodes could be made larger and more readable. Also adding a small mark (like a red line or a clear notch of some kind) after to every fifth diode would make them easier to keep track of.

As a purely personal preference I'd like a less detailed/prominent background on the weapon bar and PIP, OPT, MAP etc buttons and darker letters and numbers on those buttons.
