It's an Ex-RP project, now it's just for show, why not make it a guarded "museum" instead, or a boot camp for newbies, shame to see a map go to waste...

Or as I said earlier, a "Boot" camp for newbies, or an opendoor area.

I like the bootcamp idea.  Not that new characters should necessarily spawn there, but if you go there and are lower than level 3, it'd be great to have a few starter quests.  The game kind of needs a noob zone, to help with new player retention.  Also, at the very beginning maps, the caravan driver or whatever could say he's heard that the NCR army reserves was recruiting, or something to that effect.

I agree with the Green Hand ....not becuase I am a 'biased and paid' member of his faction...but NO! becuase it is a very good idea to aid new players some here...*drops two cents*

Since NCR is one of the most powerful factions in this game, we should be able to join. The camp could be the place to join, get quests, etc.

woo hoo, joining NPC factions would be awesome if it had a purpose... id much rather associate with the super cool ingame factions than lame player factions...  come on, who wouldn't want to be a high ranking soldier of an actually interesting faction =o

would just end up your faction "members" shooting and planting bombs in you.
