Merchants should always have caps because its almost impossible to make some money
-
It's a dog eat dog world and who bumps into caps first, gets them.

So you can seel useless shit to them 24/7 (mostly from encounters) ? Riiiiight....

Cause we dont have superfluous amounts of radios and BB ammo on stock right now. If everyone had access to caps there would be almost no gap between players and thus more fun. I suggested implementation of vendors buying only 0% det stuff and they would have other 0% det stuff and caps.

Read my suggestion about caps from quest.

We all know about this problem. Probably the best way to solve it is to develop new cap sources. Example: I have a suggestion about adding new Jobs. There's also a suggestion about repeatable quests for assasin missions and cool stuff like that. And it seems Jimmy made another suggestion about this.

Junktown should buy junk for 20% anything's worth. nuff said.

:D or 100% - they choose the best quality of junk for their beautiful town, come on :P

There's a woman in Junktown who buys spears for a lower price than the merchant price.
You an always sell at here.
She says it's to recycle them.
The same argument can be used for junk, BBs and brass knuckles.
As BBs are all over the place, she should by them for only 1 cap per 1, junk for 10 caps and brass knuckles for 25.

This suggestion is poorly-planned and has no motion to balance anything. The OP is probably just complaining that he can never find caps in NCR.
There are many other towns. New Reno has multiple merchants, The Den has 3 good ones, and every other town has at least one merchant, usually more.
And there are some quests, like what was said above, that can give you a constant flow of caps, just as long as you have the materials

If i remember right that New Reno and Den got much of PK's?

Yes, that's the point. Instead of someone spending all their time just trying to find caps in one guarded city, they need to go to various, possibly dangerous, cities - if they actually want to make caps.

Instead of lower prices for higher det stuff?
Do you mean people could still trade items for items, but only 0% for caps?
Which makes Repair mandatory, so we all make Repair alts.
Items for items only works if there are items you need that you cannot farm or make.
(Or are in a hurry to get.)

It should be like fallout tactics where vendors have infinite caps, currently big gangs have near monopoly because of the scarcity of caps doesn't affect them as they have large interest generating accounts and can drive up prices making smaller gangs and solo players unable to affiord anything. The only reason things like mercs and cars are super expensive is the scarcity of caps, the game will never have a balanced economy so lets throw out this half assed system and implement something that will make the game more about fun and less about hoarding. Being a leader char and losing 80k worth of stuff wouldn't be as bad if you could farm it back in a shorter period of time instead of a couple weeks of checking vendors and hopefully finding caps and not getting pked while doing it.
