any one know how can i get this lookout? i mean its not same as normal one.. Chat box is in right corner, and Actionpoints are on different place as in normal one etc... anyone know how to get/setup this..?

It's a custom interface.  Go to the Tools and Mods section on the forum, there's a number of them to choose from.
