I have idea make "sex-dialog" for girls in Reno. Player can have sex with women and get some plus statics but you must pay some caps. If you make it long you can get higher pluses. Maybe it is +2 st, en, ag. What do you think?

Now seriously, the idea is not really bad, but I think the dialogue should be a bit ironic and maybe self referential sometimes (very Fallout style). Otherwise it would seem they took the dialogue from a cheap porno.
It would be funny to break into the room where another player is "getting a service" and kill with a good Tommy Gun burst. Hmmm I think I now regret I have joined an APK faction.

Yes condoms will use too for hp or other. I think FOnline need more climate wasteland and hard live. In FOnline you can take drugs, alcohols but why not sex with hooker or other girls. If you are slaver you can catch some girls and have a fun. This game must is other than normal boring mmos.

How do condoms gve you health? I mean medecines yes but the only thing condoms are meant for is birth control and protection from venereal desease.
I mean if you want the "I have lots of sex and I am cool factor then fine". How sex would actually give you bonuses in combat boggles the mind.

Sex doesn't turn you into superman or give you amazing powers. Its an act of pr-creation to continue the species. If anything it drains your stamina not "give you a boost".
Is it just me or does does this game try to cater the steretypical teen dream. Killing, robbing, the sexxorz, bragging, putting shit on people, T bagging.

Yeah maybe cluless idiot raiders like the Khans might. Folks with intelligence and wisdom arn't consumed by their most de-based desires. I understand the need for food and water because those are the building blocks of life. And yes sex is an intergral part of life and its continuation. However, I would prefer to not trivialize sex by encouraging players to do it through bonuses (especially when its hardly realistic). Just leave the option of sex available without benefits. Exactly the same as the orignal Fallout did. If players want to spend thier entire day just clicking for sex options from different women nothing stops them. They should not get bonuses for it.

Actually in the past times popes, kings and emperors used to have many wifes and used their intelligence and power to fuck whenever they wanted whoever they wanted. So just because they are smart and powerful it doesn't take away their basic instincts. Sex is a pleasure just like drugs, booze and delicious food which powerful people have enjoyed through the course of history. Having a gorgeus wife is also a status symbol to show off with, many wifes are even better.
Wasteland is fucked up and savage place so sex and rape would suit it fine. So how could it be implemented ingame? It could be a way for speech-builds to compensate their weaknesses.
- Low cha dudes have to pay for sex. Higher cha guys can try to attempt flirt with female npcs at bars. Fucking player chars would be too abusable so that could be made impossible. The flirting could be basically a minigame where you had to pick the right choices to succeed. Good speech, cha and certain perks could all provide additional options.This way a good cha build would basically be under constant sex-buffs to compensate his high cha-related investments.
- Female cha-built chars could secude male npcs and use them to work for her. Then pay with sex (free) and when they don't need the companions anymore, leave them.
- Sex bonuses would come with a delay because it's tiresome work. So first the char could be weakened and could suffer stat loss, but receive boost to them like 20mins later because of good mood. Sex could also reduce cooldowns, because nothing beats sex after work.
- Female pc chars could be raped with same effects as normal sex for the rapist but it would give long weakness to the female char after respawn. This weakness couldn't be fixed with doctor. It would make playing as female char more harsh, but wasteland is more harsh to women. Especially for the ones who decide to fight with men.
- To rape someone you have to beat him down to dying state and then perform the rape. Certain factions wouldn't accept rape and raping could achieve a rapist perk. So that some anti-schauvinism feminists get to hunt him down.
- We could have an award for the player who's got laid most often.

I did think of that aswell but decided to leave it out due to the post being long enough already. But now that you mention there could be gay-trait. It would make you desire the same sex, but you would be scorned by certain factions. It's hard to imagine wastlenad being very gay-friendly place. But as trade-off for being outcast, murdering gay-rapist would be the most fearsome opponent male char players would face.

ApparentlyI am not being clear so I will attempt to elaborate.
Powerful people and leaders don't spend all day in their basement jerking off to porn or just sitting around or hang out with their g/fs and wives and just fuck all d ay. Hence my teenager comment. BTW, without that dog theat clueless idiot of a child would have died a long time ago on some fools errand. The whole point of the story/movie is about companionship in the wastes and how difficult it is. Just because rape is in a movie doesn't mean it has to be a porno.

Sex is a basic desire so nourishing it could have some bonuses. Because the getting the bonuses would have tradeoffs, there would be balance. To prevent high cha players simply farm sex bonuses, there has to be some challenge and a minigame should do it. If it was just some pointless dialogue then we'd have exactly a stupid teenager fun feature where kids could just giggle at the dialogue options. But because fonline is more mature game, sex should be threated as it exists in real world: everyday bussiness.

You don't have to do a mini-game for rape. All it takes is to defeat your opponent and then the raping process would be done without any requirements. It would be cheaper for low cha players to rape than pay to prostitutes.

Just because we have sex-related features doesn't make the game porno. It's just certain people seem to be oversensitive when it comes to sex. If a gay man builds a bridge, then there are folks who will only remember that he was gay, not that he built a bridge. Just look what you wrote yourself about A boy and his dog: just because the movie had rape it doesn't make it a rape movie. Same applies to fonline.
But overall sex isn't something the game absolutely needs. There came a chance to discuss how sex could be implemented here in this thread and I used it.

OK, your comment is really serious and if we discuss this topic in a serious manner, it could lead to some cool ideas. I have to be honest, when I first read the post it made me laugh, simply because I thought it wasn't serious enough.
So we could have three options, right? Pay a prostitute, seduce or rape. Maybe if we fail to seduce someone who is not a prostitute we could offer money anyway and re-roll.
I think the "Rapist" title is not an important thing but it could add a bit of colour. And some said that it would be stupid to enslave a girl to make her your bitch, but I ask: what's wrong with adding this feature to the game? it doesn't have to be a stupid thing if the dialogue is serious and realistic.
That's the point if we want to talk about adding sex related features to the game: we should talk seriously. Because Fallout is quite a serious game, and it should remain that way.

99% of people playing this game are NOT murderers, thief, gang members, drug or alcohol abusers, slavers or suicide bombers, and that two is a good thing.
In the game world it's totally opposite, so it looks like killing, stealing, using drugs, enslaving people and suicide bombing is a-ok, fine_by_me, I_don't_mind_if_you_don't_mind, but sex and nudity is bad, wrong and evil (I'll get back to nudity once the 3d era stars and somebody -like me- will make a nude patch). That's silly.
...anyway, this ain't gonna happen, but one can still imagine how it could work.
A consensual intercourse could give some sort of bonus, like an extra action point (or two if someone has the Kamasutra perk). It would last for say (CHA/2)x6 real life minutes, in a rape situation the duration would be cut in half. The bonus would kick in 5 minutes after and only if both participants are still alive... Why so? Today's leisure time activity is finding someone weaker, killing him or her and looting the body and I really would hate to see it change to raping then killing and looting.
And there's all the little bits alike sex addiction, condoms (maybe you could craft them?), NPC prostitutes, and the Golden Globes porn holodisc productions.
Could be fun, but well... ain't gonna happen.
