Title: Where to sell for caps?

None of the vendors freaking have caps where can I sell stuff for caps near the boneyard/hub? I've been trying to  8)et caps forever so I can start being a gunsmith on a character I created.

Try Boneyard train station if you have 3 CH and it's on your map.
Other than that, travel to other towns or use the quiet hours at the server if possible.
