Title: Mauser and 9mm ball nerf

I suggest the following:
- make 9mm ball ammo to be crafted WITHOUT gunpowder and metal parts (i.e. 4 junk + 3 wood)
- to balance things change the damage back to pre-wipe so it would suck anyway

The reason for this is that you cant start with any weapon since level 1 or if you dont want to invest science in your first levels. After that you probably wont use mauser anyway. I tried to find some 9mm ammo Junktown/Hub but to my surprise there wasnt any. So all in all, you can (or at least could 1 wipe ago) craft mauser ammo in the wasteland but you need a science of 40 to do it! Well Im sure all the raiders/ghouls have it.

Whar do you think?

I disagree with this. 9mm ammo uses gunpowder. Whether you choose to craft it or not is up to you. Anyone can start with a weapon at level 1, just gather some broc flower/xander root, 3 weak healing powders and you can buy your first gun. make more and you can get any gun you want (depending on CH)

Crafting the gun is easy but making ammo for it - no. You have spiked knuckles 8-21, spear 8-20 so why couldnt you have level 0 weapon that could come in handy if you dont want to spend skills on science? You dont need science to craft spear or spiked knuckles

EDIT: mauser could be crafted harder, found at encounters but ammo should be made the easiest way possible
