Title: Pre-Wipe Madness, January 2012
Post by: Izual on January 05, 2012, 02:06:29 am: Not a real event, but it's better to have a single topic to store thoughts/rage/screenshots/videos about this pre-wipe madness, now that we know (http://fonline2238.blogspot.com/) it'll happen in a few days.

I believe last pre-wipe madness was in this thread (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=2615.0), for the record.

]This was the most epic tent I've seen in my life, this must have been a supply tent for a major faction I assumed it was BHH CS or TTTLA tent.

tons of gauss pistol, and at least 6 apa mk2, and about 5 yk32 pulse rifle.

oh and 4 million caps. Would've had fun with them but certain someone with certain indestructible mercenaries with vindicators and PA happened to be going town to town massacring everyone effortlessly all day.

Post by: Prometheus Pithras on January 06, 2012, 05:55:50 am: About time for a real wasteland touchc, no "private locations", as it should be, either protect your base or lose it..., no reinforcements (maybe some burst- inmune, and nearly inmortal guards in some places,, only killable with snipers) nowhere to be safe, good wastelandish felling, ive had great times today,to be honest much more entertaining than most of the seasson :) watching looters getting torn appart in seconds hahaha hillarious,
For the next seassons (Sometimes at least) i think they could make a sort of event, making every player not respawn, so 1 life for everyone,then let everyone gear up and see how they can handle it, survive, and also, disable mercs/npc faction joining/already members for preventing tons of people hiding behind navarro.. :D cheers and have fun

Ive managed to get shitty assault, and insta some BA guy in north, and his fellas too, but that wasnt so epic:] Nice idea would be spawn people WITH equipment they were using while get killed... but anyway,

there's a cave 2 squares east of NCR (at least where it used to be). i think there's 40-50 mercs in there all with plasma.

In the dying hours before the wipe, teamed up with a few other players to fight guards in various places. Finally got the group co-op PVE experience I'd been hoping for :)

The best thing was that strange trapper base wich was like a little city with slaves in groups like mom, dad and sons, and furnishing it was pretty strange, but i didnt take screenshots, anyway ill ask some guys if they have any.
