I took Action Boy twice and with 10 AG the Action Points displayed are at 11 but should in reality be 12.
It could have also been the "gain Agility" perk. I took it as well.

Just fixed this. It gives +40 % now.
40 % seems very huge number. If skill is tagged, it gives 80 %... Atleast I have noticed this INGAME with Medic perk (+10 % to First Aid and Doctor). And I had tagged skills, so it gave +20 %. Or is +10 % old info in wiki?

by the way, you can do quest in boneyard which raises your sg skill by 15% if you have 49% or less sg, and you cannot apply this to your character planner, maybe there could be some way to add that quest bonus?
well till now, we have only 1 quest that raises your skill so for now a button which raises your sg by 15% if you have 49 or lower would be ok :>

This is happening because the skill is tagged.
I'm not sure does it really work this way that it doubles the effect, if skill is tagged. Atleast this happened for me in game. I took Medic perk (+10 to First aid and Doctor) and I got +20 to both and I had those skills tagged.

But i would like to have one more feature, many people use drugs to obtain profession, can you make a temporary ability to virtualy use drugs and gain some stats at that one level you are in ?Simply don't make any requirments for professions in your character planner. I don't think someone will plan to take profession, when he know that he can't take it.

Drugs are now added. They will give you boost for the current level. Changes are hidden (not shown in the SPECIAL stats). You can toggle between drugs (you can have effects from 1 drug). I will see if I make it work different way, but that was the easiest way for now. Also some little fixes there and there.
So you can take 2x Buffout and 2x Mentats? And their effects will be stacked?
I haven't used much drugs in FOnline. :)

In your Character Planner Gain Attribute perks (Gain Agility etc...) gives bonus to skills based on these attributes. It shouldn't.
Beside this, good job! ;D I only don't like that the application feels a bit "unresponsive", maybe remove necessity to reload the page every level up.
I'm not sure about the Educated perk. Atleast Lifegiver gives you +4 HP instantly...
I now checked it myself. Without educated I had 17 skillpoints. Then I took educated and still had 17 skillpoints. But after closing the character screen and opening it up again, I had 19 skill points to spend. So the character planner is correct :)

Sorry, but I don't really remember why I have calculated it that way (there is some reason for that). As far as I know the crit chance isn't always exactly the same (max. 9% difference for some reason). I will check the code later more carefully.
And if there really is some mistake, I really want to fix it.
Your critical chance formula still seems to be incorrect. It looks like you're using the old formula of (50 + 5*Luck) instead of (60 + 4*Luck).
Also, yes, your crit chance is technically different for each shot. You get an additional random(0, your hit chance divded by ten) percent crit chance. That means that someone with 10 luck and 95% hit chance will have between 10% and 19.5% crit chance, which is effectively a 14.75% crit chance. Or it could be slightly different due to rounding.

- add (PE-2)x16% for all long range weapons(i.e. with a range of 26+) that were already implemented in FO 1, or are upgrades of these weapons, (PE-2)x8% for the rest.
- The scoped hunting rifle gets (PE-2)x20% instead of the x16% if you shoot at a target that is at least 5 hexes away, or no PE-bonus at all for closer enemies.
- It seems the other newly implemented long range weapons in FO 2 are bugged, they only get the (PE-2)x8% while all long range weapons from FO 1 had the (PE-2)x16%.

- deduct 20% for each point of ST missing to use the weapon properly.
- accurate weapons get a 20% bonus. All shotguns also get that. Guess it's easier to hit because of the spread.
- deduct the AC of your target after modifying it with the used ammo type.
- darkness, obstructions in the line of fire, and several perks also give boni or mali, which I do not know.
- After all the above modifiers your chance to hit CAN get below 0, but never above 95%.

I had to delete all builds made so far. I made some changes to the code and perks got messed up with "old" builds. I'm sorry about this. New builds will be working just fine.
When i am hovering mouse over skills or perks the description does not apear anymore. Not on opera and not on Mozilla either. I hope you can fix this.
The window is annoyingly jumping up and down when trying to choose a perk. Maybe you should make the info box show up all the time, it's just empty when you don't move your mouse over anything to describe.
I'm using Firefox.
It's that when I try to choose a perk, in example I want to take Lifegiver, i move my mouse over it, the info box pops up at the top and the rest of the window gets moved down - i suddenly find my mouse over the Weapon Handling perk. Then i move my cursor down, the info changes everytime i'm over another perk and it's just very hard to aim at the one i wanted to take :P
Lol why do most of the builds in public folder suck? If you save a good build put something in the save name (like 'good' or 'awesome') so I can filter out all the shit ones XD

This is very helpful, its perfect for planning builds for next wipe (or forever!), I made a EW account, he had about 167 HP, which makes me confused, my oldest account, CaptieCat, can get 175 HP with Lifegiver 1, while my new account needs Lifegiver 2 to get 167 HP.

Currently, when you open the FCP you have firstly to set SPECIAL, tag skills and traits.
After pressing Done, you cannot change them anymore.
How about letting these parameters to change at any time?
It would be less annoying if the character created was made badly, or with some mistakes.
Also, add the possibility to change the perks in real time
with some window with combo boxes (example: http://imgur.com/lxduH )

It shows max AC is 90, while somewhere it was said that AC could be higher and 90 isn't cap, so you could have 120 AC or even 140 AC for HtH, while it shows only 90. The same with ToHit calculations, max AC of target can be set to 90 only.
AC is still capped at 90 for all critters in world, without any exceptions. If FCP "sets" >90 AC for any critter, it would be obviously fake info.Argh, I used search with words "AC, armor class, cap, beyond, 90" by user Solar and Atom, but couldn't find that post, I can remember there was something like that, very very very long time ago before CBT section started, so I thought there will be no AC cap after wipe. I can't remember exact words and author of post, but I can remember there was words that AC could go beyond 90.

I use Firefox, for me it works fine the first time but when I go to make another build I get the same error. My browser is up-to-date as far as I know... I can navigate away from the page and come back and it works fine. Pretty weird problem I guess
Oh I found a bug on chrome(latest version), when I kept raising only 1 skill(big guns) for 11 levels, at level 11 the skill began to raise itself alone, and I can't remove the points that were invested in it to put on other skills now, that was a minor bug that is fixed by pressing restore
Happened again on first aid, which I kept raising for 3 levels, I think that I press next button too fast after raising skill and the + button above the skill keeps being pressed itself thinking I didn't stopped clicking there, well, not a major bug.

You can raise skills with books up to 92% (if I remember correctly). Skills concerned: Small Gun, First Aid, Science, Repair, Outdoorsman.

Can you tell me what browser you are using and what did you actually do to get it without taking the Bonus HtH Damage?

FCP requires Bonus HtH Damage for Bonus HtH Damage+ while the game doesn't.
The skill requirement is correct I think.

Bug found, forgive me if it was already reported:
In FCP, you can get HtH Criticals on level 12, while it's a level 15 perk.
BTW. Why is it running so slow? The old AJAX(was it?) version was running much more smoothly, was more comfortable to use.
Edit: also HtH Evade+ requires HtH Evade in FCP, description in the Perks thread doesn't say about it.

With bonehead player don't suffer less starting skills (i mean he have like skills like on 5 int but inreal have 4)

i found a bug for perk "Salesman" it is no longer available in game it should be deleted i made my char for 260 barter and was gonna take Salesman on lvl 24 but wtf ther's no perk... gotta make another one:/ this is a pain in the ass

Opera, can you add M60 to the calculator. It's a popular weapon among people that kill me.
The Gatling damage on BA doesn't seem accurate.
The planner doesn't allow you to level up without picking a perk even if you do press OK.
Would it be possible to add Combat Knife to FCP Calc?
Also where have a load of the builds gone ??? I can't find most of mine now :(

I fixed the EN1 HP/Level up. It is now 0 like it should be. I also added Flamer and Improved Flamer to the weapon list. I will be adding throwing weapons once I have enough motivation to work with the Heave Ho perks and range calculations. Sorry about this.

I fixed couple of those for now:
- Snakeater, Rad Resistance and Man of Steel perks.
- Fast Shot adds +5 damage per attack.
About the Pyromaniac perks... Is the damage added the same way as Fast Shot's damage bonus? Or does it just increase the maximum damage? I will be fixing this and Pack Rat later.
Hey, i d like to say that fcp works perfectly now with ie9, (no idea - because of update or my ie updates)

Haha you tricked me! fastshot does not work with unarmed and melee! you need to fix that.
- Right between the eyes now reduces Helmet Anti Crit Modifier by 50% instead of 25%.
- Helmet Anti Crit Modifiers doubled.
- Adrenaline Rush increases Damage Resistances by 15, 10, 5 and Damage Thresholds by 3, 2, 1 when current HP is below (or equal to) 25%, 50% and 75% of total HP respectively. This is not cumulative.
- Removed cap for Armor Class.
I am confused with FCP. i tried to create character "Universal Crafter" from wiki in FCP and CarryWeight on 24lvl ends with 187 but in the game and on wiki page it says 196. I don get it where are those missing 9 points in FCP??? Can C.W. go more than 187(196), like 250 or something (in F2 Strong Back had 3 ranks and it was possible to get more than 200)?
Will we ever get throwing weapons added? Throwing knife esp. please.

I tried to experiment and calculations of PACK RAT is not 1/3 of basic CW it is some different formula. Every time CW number after Pack Rat is bigger then 1/3 of basic CW. I will try to find out possible formula for Pack Rat.
JovankaB can you explain then how "Universal Crafter" from wiki page have 196 CW (i am plying it and it is REALY CW:196)? After all calculations and combinations i get MAX:194? Does decimal numbers are rounded by INTeger (10,3=10 or 10,7=10) or by HALF (10,3=10 or 10,7=11)??? If i build MINER how to do it correctly with MAX CW?

Also, there's some weird stuff in the throwing range in-game. Ronillon has done a lot of research about this and he found out this:
Grenade requires 3ST, but you cant use it efficiently unless you have 5ST ... with ST3 character, you can throw only 12hexes while frag grenade has 15hexes max range

My bad, it was too late, i was tired. But the issue still persists.
Small bug: Even if you have taken Mentats with originally 1 Charisma (therefore giving you 3 Charisma), you still can't take the Boneyard +15 SG skill option on the planner.

Living Anatomy was changed long time ago to add +2 Damage instead of +5 Damage. Of course, it is possible that it has been changed again. If someone can confirm this, it would be great.
It is and it always was adding +5. For some reason it was never changed to +2 as planned before the last wipe, but we decided to keep it as it is, because the perk turned out to be pretty weak anyway. The healing part is statistically insignificant and it works only in RT and the combat part is useful mostly in TB, so this combination kind of sucks.
I have a small bug to report. When on the calc part of the planner, if you pick bonus rate of fire it still shows that it needs 7 action points to shoot an m60, when you actually only need 6.
