Title: BBS is recruting for 4 July NCR event

We are recruting for speacial Independent Event wich will be made at 4 July in NCR.

Requirements:

According to last informations (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php/topic,29233.0/topicseen.html) we have to move the Event to TLA mk2 server
